What is Give It A Try (GIAT)?
GIAT is a 8-week programme where girls aged 8-14 years can attend in order to learn how to play rugby in a fun environment. The programme consists of a coach education element, fun rugby sessions and teaching the girls the basics of rugby. Our first session is scheduled for Monday 09/05/22 at 7pm and continues on Saturday mornings at 11am for the following 7 weeks. In order to participate in these sessions you’ll first need to register on the IRFU portal here once registered you will be able to confirm attending each session.

Whilst we as a club will be taking comprehensive measures the programme adheres to all safety guidelines, we would ask that all players/parents/guardians/spectators follow the below guidelines;

• Wash hands before and After training
